Beyond the awards, Ms. Hamidah greatly values and embraces the creative exposure and environment she experiences at competitions.
“I enjoy learning new things and I believe every day is a journey to learn. And the more I learn, the more I crave for new ideas and opportunities. New ideas and creativity somehow nurtures oneself.”
Ms. Hamidah’s passion for floral arrangement and travel has taken her to Melbourne, London and America to learn from an international plethora of renowned floral artists; including Master Pim Van Den Akker, Wendy Andrade, Rene Van Rems, Tomas De Bruyne, Daniel Santamaria, John Haines and Hitomi Gilliam. Her learning has blossomed and shines through in her beautiful creations and patient teaching in floral workshops and demonstrations.
